Third In Series Of Storms Arrives On Central, South Coasts

The third, and last in a series of storms expected for the Central and South Coasts this weeks has arrived, and it could mean some locally heavy rainfall. The heaviest rainfall is expected north of Point Conception, but there will be plenty of rain to the south. We could see one to three of rain on the coast and inland, and three plus inches in foothill and mountain areas. Meteorologists say this system appears to better organized than the one which fell apart yesterday.  The rain could continue into Thursday evening.
