Simi Valley Police Nab Four Burglary Suspects

Police say they’ve arrested four people after a homeowner interrupted a burglary attempt in Ventura County.

A man returning to his home on the 2000 block of Ivory Avenue in Simi Valley around 1 p.m. Monday found four people inside. They fled the home through its garage, and sped away in a car.

The homeowner called Simi Valley Police, who spotted the vehicle moments later near the 188 Freeway, and Sycamore Drive. Officers converged on the area, and the car was safely stopped. Investigators say the four were arrested on burglary, and conspiracy to commit burglary charges.

The three adults and one juvenile were all from Los Angeles
