The Central Coast ranch which was once home to pop superstar Michael Jackson is now on the market for less than a third of its original asking price. It’s now called “Sycamore Valley Ranch,” but the Santa Ynez Valley ranch is better known as “Neverland.”
The 2700 acre ranch has a 12,500 square foot main home. When Jackson owned it, he had a private zoo on the site, as well as amusement park rides.
Authorities searched the ranch for evidence when Jackson went on trial on molestation charges. He was acquitted in 2005.
The ranch originally went on the market for sale in 2015 for $100 million dollars. The price was dropped to $67 million, and it’s now listed for $31 million. It’s currently owned by an international investment company.
