The Boston Pops will pay tribute to iconic composer John Williams during a West Coast tour, which includes a Friday night concert in Ventura County.
The orchestra will perform a program highlighting music created by Williams for some of the more than 100 films he scored. The music includes songs from movies like "Star Wars," "ET," and "Raiders of the Los Ark."
Williams was also conductor of the Boston Pops for 13 years.
The concert takes place at 8 p.m. Friday, and the Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza.
