A federal grand jury has indicted a Ventura County man on a charge of producing child pornography.
Eric Allen Haensgen was arrested last month after prosecutors say he took more than 80 pictures, as well as videos of a six year old girl with his camera phone, and downloaded it to a computer.
The 38 year old Simi Valley man is also charged with possessing, and distributing child pornography. He hasn’t been arraigned yet, so he hasn’t entered pleas to the charges.
