Ventura County is getting a new Superior Court judge.
Ronda McKaig has been appointed to fill a vacancy in the county by Governor Jerry Brown.
McKaig has been a part of the Ventura County Counsel’s office since 2014. Before that, she was in private practice for more than a decade. She’ll start her new post on July 31st.
McKaig fills the vacancy created by the retirement of Judge Frederick Bysshe.
