Investigators are trying to determine what led to a traffic accident which left two people dead, and two injured in Ventura County.
A car was westbound on Hillcrest Drive near Rancho Road in Thousand Oaks at around six Thrusday night when the driver hit the curb. It swerved into oncoming traffic, smashing into an eastbound SUV. The two men in the car were pronounced dead at the scene, and the two people in the SUV were taken to a hospital.
The names of the victims haven’t been released yet.
