In the 25th District, which includes a slice of eastern Ventura County, Republican Steve Knight had a strong showing against three Democratic challengers, garnering about 53% of the vote. It’s unclear who he will face in November, with preliminary numbers showing Katie Hill with 20% of the vote, and Bryan Caforio with 18%.

And, in the 26th District, Democratic incumbent Julia Brownley easily secured a spot for the November election, with 53% of the vote. She’ll face actor Antonio Sabato, Junior who emerged from a field of three challengers to qualify for the fall election.
