Some Highway, Road Closures Still In Place In Wake Of January 9th Flooding In Santa Barbara County

While parts of Montecito, as well as Coast Village Road have reopened to the public in the wake of the January 9th flooding, access still remains limited in a number of areas.

A half dozen Highway 101 on and offramps in the Montecito area remain closed.

Sections of Highway 192 are also closed from Lower Toro Canyon west to Sycamore Canyon Road. And, parts of a number of surface streets are still shut down, including segments of Sheffield Drive, Olive Mill Road, Hot Springs Road and East Mountain Drive.
