Scaffolding Collapse On Central Coast Leaves Five Hurt

Five people were hurt when some construction scaffolding collapsed on the Central Coast.

The accident happened just after 11 Tuesday morning on the 200 block of Harloe Avenue in Pismo Beach.  It was on a bluff adjacent to the beach.

Some of the injured were trapped in the collapse, and had to be rescued. At least two of the people were reported to be seriously injured.
