A Central Coast university has announced the lineup for its new performing arts season, and it includes everything from the musicals “Jersey Boys” and “Kinky Boots” to internationally acclaimed violinist Itzhak Pearlman.
The 2017-2018 lineup for Cal Poly Arts includes more than 30 events. Highlights include singer Audra McDonald, the Moscow Festival Ballet, doing “Swan Lake,” and a lecture by New York Times bestselling author George Saunders.
Actor and comedian Bill Murray will even be a part of the season, in a performance with cellist Jan Vogler which combines music and literature.
Season tickets are already on sale, and tickets for individual events will be available starting July 31st.
