Firefighters are battling a big fire at a warehouse on the Central Coast.
The fire was reported just before 4 Monday afternoon on the 1200 block of West Stowell Road, in Santa Maria.
Thick black smoke from the blaze was visible for miles. The building apparently contained wood pallets and cardboard. Santa Maria firefighters have worked to keep the fire from spreading to other buildings.
