This is a big week for thousands of new, and returning college students on the Central and South Coasts.
For more than half a century, the Scholarship Foundation of Santa Barbara has been awarding scholarships to help students in need get the means to continue their educations. This week the foundation is presenting scholarships to a wide range of new, and continuing college students.
