A debate is set to take place Thursday night for one of the most hotly contested congressional seats in the region. Incumbent 25th District Republican Congressman Steve Knight and Democratic Challenger Katie Hill are set to square off in Simi Valley at a forum sponsored by the League of Women Voters of Ventura County.
The 25th District is mostly in Los Angeles County, and includes areas like Santa Clarita and Palmdale, but also includes a chunk of eastern Ventura County.
The debate is set to take place at Santa Susana High School’s Performing Arts Center at 7 Thursday night.
