A Central Coast woman whose body was found in the surf on a beach has been identified. The body discovered on Pismo Beach Sunday morning was that of 53 year old Amy Leach of Oceano. Pismo Beach Police say preliminary autopsy results show she died from drowning, but more test results are pending. Detectives say they are treating the death as suspicious in nature.
