Police say they’ve made an arrest in connection with a murder in Ventura County this week.
Jonathan Zambrano was arrested this weekend for Wednesday night’s fatal shooting of Albert Salazar in Oxnard. The 24 year old man was shot on the 1300 block of West Guava Streeet, but was driven to the Oxnard Police station in downtown Oxnard. The Oxnard man died at a hospital a short time later.
Detectives aren’t talking about the motive for the slaying.
