Santa Barbara Harbor officials are hoping to reopen the entrance to the harbor after it was closed for the last few days by a buildup of sand.

The Central and South Coasts were floored by a wild chase this morning.

The pursuit, which included everything from a plane, a car, and a helicopter, ended when the man being pursued had to be rescued--from the face of a cliff.
