They could be the next scientist who comes up with an important medical discovery, or an engineer who helps design a new satellite. KCLU's Lance Orozco reports from the Ventura County Fairgrounds, where hundreds of kids are taking on issues like sustainable energy, and oil spills at the Ventura County Office of Education Science Fair.
