The EPA announced a settlement with nearly 50 former users of a toxic waste site in Santa Barbara County, as part of a bigger, long term cleanup effort. KCLU's Lance Orozco looks at efforts to clean up the Casmalia Resources Superfund site, which is hundreds of acres of land southwest of Santa Maria.
