There's new controversy surrounding a nuclear power plant on the Central Coast. The concern focuses on the potential threat from a recently discovered fault zone near the Diablo Canyon Nuclear Power Plant. KCLU's Lance Orozco looks at the issue, which the California Public Utilities Commission will be looking at today, and has San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara County officials concerned.
