Santa Barbaba County voters will be asked in November to approve a half-cent sales tax to help relieve jail overcrowding, and to beef up public safety efforts. KCLU's Lance Orozco reports Santa Barbara County Supervisors have given final approval to placing the measure on the November ballot.
