Some environmental, and political leaders in Santa Barbara County have announced support for a new effort to allow limited additional oil drilling off the northern part of the county, in exchange for the removal of a number of oil, and gas facilities in a few years. KCLU's Lance Orozco has an update on the new Tranquillon Ridge proposal.
