There are more than 100,000 men, women, and children currently on organ transplant waiting lists in the United States, with an estimated 18 people on that list dying every day because a donor isn't found in time. KCLU's Lance Orozco looks at the organ transplant issue through the eyes of a kidney donor, and recipient in Santa Barbara, as part of our "Health Dialogues" series.
