A Presidential commission is suggesting that America's manned space program doesn't have the money to return to the Moon by 2020, and that the Moon might be the wrong priority anyway. Former Astronaut Buzz Aldrin says we should be aiming for manned flights to Mars. KCLU's Lance Orozco talks with Aldrin, who's coming to the South Coast for two appearances this week.
