Hundreds of South Coast residents struggling with mental health issues are potentially facing the loss of their assistance programs... because of tightening state, and local budgets.
KCLU's Lance Orozco reports some mental health program supporters, and some clients asked Santa Barbara County supervisors to intervene in the crisis.
