A tiny, invasive mussel which is now impacting drinking water sources around the country is now causing concern at Santa Barbara, and Ventura County's most popular lakes. KCLU's Lance Orozco reports water agencies are now calling for an emergency ban on boats being brought into the lakes, to try to prevent an infestation locally.
